Are you suffering from muscular discomfort, tension, aches or pain?  If so, our Prehab classes are for you.  They are designed to help restore your optimum function by targeting common problem areas like sore back, tight hips, rounded shoulders, neck pain and tight chest.  Even if you don’t have any discomfort or pain, these sessions are beneficial for injury prevention.

We have 3 Prehab classes and they run on a rolling 3 week schedule:

  1. Pelvic & Lumbar Stability – Great for sore backs and tight hips.
  2. Squat Foundations – Targets knee, core, glutes & ITB.
  3. Overhead Stability – Rounded shoulders, neck pain, tight chest.
